Lonestar Chapter

After a two-year hiatus, the Lonestar Chapter is pleased to be back in operation as of February 2026. We serve individuals throughout Texas who share an interest in European Model Railroading.

Whether you are a long‑time enthusiast or new to the hobby, we welcome your interest in the Chapter. For additional information about membership or activities, please contact the Chapter Leader.

Meetings:

Recognizing the geographic size of Texas, the Lonestar Chapter meets monthly via Zoom on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. Central Time. These virtual meetings provide an opportunity to share ideas, experiences, and projects with fellow members across the state.  Plans are also underway to hold in‑person gatherings at train shows throughout Texas. Meeting login information and updates on future events are available from the Chapter Leader.

Membership Dues:

Annual National ETE membership dues are as follows and include access to the ETE EXPRESS journal:
$10 annually — Electronic, full‑color edition
$25 annually — Mailed, black‑and‑white printed edition
There are no local Chapter dues, making it easy to participate and stay involved
